Responsibilities

  • Gerenciar Backlog de produtos, definindo, escrevendo e priorizando histórias de usuários e requisitos técnicos
  • Colaborar com stakeholders de negócio e técnicos, atuando como elo entre as áreas para garantir o entendimento mútuo dos requisitos e objetivos
  • Liderar as cerimônias ágeis, como Planning e Review, fornecendo contexto e esclarecimentos necessários à equipe de dados
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em objetivos estratégicos em produtos de dados, atuando desde a concepção até a entrega
  • Conduzir análises de viabilidade técnica, em parceria com engenheiros e desenvolvedores, para assegurar que as soluções propostas sejam sustentáveis e escaláveis
  • Elaborar e monitorar métricas de desempenho de produto, promovendo melhorias contínuas, utilizando insights para ajustar prioridades e roadmap conforme necessário
  • Facilitar e conduzir a comunicação entre engenheiros de dados e stakeholders, assegurando consistência e eficiência da plataforma
  • Apoiar a evolução da cultura de dados na diretoria, promovendo boas práticas e disseminando conhecimento de produtos
