Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic individual
  • Reside within reasonable commuting distance to London office (on-site presence at least three days per week)
  • Deep knowledge of workflows covered by products (Litera’s Legal Knowledge product - Foundation, and Microsoft Outlook and Word Add-In for Firm Intelligence data)
  • Natural leader on the Product Management team, able to lead discussions, create thought leadership, and drive value

Responsibilities

  • Strive to discover hidden details and develop a deep understanding of the current marketplace, personas, buyers, user problems, and key workflows by reviewing market data, independently observing, gathering customer feedback, reviewing surveys, and UX studies to help define and align decisions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to further define the product strategy and vision
  • Partner with service, sales, and development teams to act as the voice of the customer, channel feedback, mediate, and drive consensus between these groups
  • Use market data to drive planning and execution to successfully deliver both strategic and tactical market-driven products
  • Champion the Agile software development process by acting as the voice of the customer to define and clarify user stories with scrum teams through ongoing team collaboration, business acceptance testing, use case development, and data analysis
  • Lead customer interviews and collaborate with the product manager in requirements gathering and discovery work, ensuring that customer needs are met
