Requirements

8-10 years in product management for financial, wealth management, or internet operational products
Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional bank/securities wealth management, or derivatives (highly preferred)
Priority for candidates who have designed or led successful products from 0 to 1 in the crypto or fintech space
Strong passion for and understanding of financial markets, comfortable with core concepts of interest rates and volatility applied to crypto assets
Highly analytical, skilled in using tools like SQL and Excel to drive data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the structured product suite
Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities and set a winning go-to-market strategy
Design product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations (e.g., strike price, APR, tenor)
Translate user needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
Work with quant and risk teams to ensure crypto products are priced competitively and operate within acceptable risk parameters
Act as the product expert for operations and marketing teams
Develop comprehensive launch plans, including user education materials and promotional campaigns, to ensure successful product adoption
Leverage on-chain and off-chain data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance
Serve as the key interface for seamless communication and execution between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to deliver a world-class user experience
