Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in product operations, eLearning, webinar coordination, or a related field, and demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and Zoom Webinars is strongly preferred.
The Product Operations Specialist will create and configure virtual training products in Salesforce and the OnCourse Direct LMS, ensuring accurate product details and consistent information across platforms; partner with cross-functional teams to validate training requirements and compliance standards; coordinate pre-event activities such as setting up Zoom webinars and gathering speaker materials; manage branding and content for training materials, including editing PowerPoint decks; produce OnDemand products from completed webinars, ensuring timely upload and accurate configuration; monitor product listings and user experience for accuracy and technical performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues; and contribute to process optimization and innovation by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automate tasks, documenting workflows, and staying current with emerging technologies.
