Responsibilities

As a Product Operations Manager at Harvey, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable processes that enhance cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless product launches, building systems to aggregate and analyze customer feedback, overseeing launch calendars, facilitating roadmap planning, designing and managing alpha testing programs, and monitoring and optimizing operational workflows to ensure agility and scalability. You will also play a pivotal role in bridging Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, driving alignment and maximizing impact.
