Experience with payroll systems and Canadian business operations is highly desirable.
The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and addressing operational challenges within the Canadian payroll SaaS platform, collaborating with payroll operations, customer support, sales, and account management teams to uncover pain points and recommend improvements. They will also support the successful delivery of product updates, ensuring alignment with the needs of Canadian users, and acting as the operational lens into product development without direct engineering interaction. Additionally, this role involves surfacing requirements and designing operational processes to enhance platform efficiency and competitiveness.
