Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing within the medical device industry (preferably monitoring, diagnostics, or surgical)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong administrative and execution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; curiosity and aptitude for emerging AI and automation tools
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; fluent in English, French and Dutch proficiency beneficial
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, both virtually and face-to-face
  • Ability to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to complex projects combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Quick to grasp technical and clinical concepts; ability to build trust across cultures and teams while keeping the focus on patient safety and business impact
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Responsibilities

  • Create & execute local marketing strategies and product launches to accelerate adoption of ACM innovations
  • Partner with sales teams to provide product, clinical, and marketing support across key accounts
  • Lead planning and delivery of regional campaigns, congresses, and customer engagement activities
  • Develop and adapt promotional materials, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with brand & local country regulatory standards
  • Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, logistics, and supply-related priorities
  • Partner closely with regional sales teams, OEM Managers, NWE Market Development, internal business support functions and Western Europe Marketing to execute impactful marketing strategies and ensure successful adoption of ACM innovations
