8+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing, merchandising, retail, e-comm, or automotive

Ability to work onsite four days a week at Raleigh, NC HQ
Responsibilities
Partner with merchandising to plan and communicate category strategies in DIY, Professional, and eCommerce channels
Collaborate with marketing program managers to create multichannel marketing strategies and activations including digital, print, radio & social strategies with final approvals from merchant and vendor
Optimize customer experience in all sales channels via effective media, signage, communications, and digital methods
Integrate competitive insights and performance including customer analytics to inform category strategies
Drive e-commerce growth for advanceautoparts.com and Professional online ordering channels
Enable field teams with timely, relevant marketing materials
Develop and execute marketing initiatives for assigned product categories (batteries, tools, shop equipment, suspension, steering, and exhaust) across all marketing channels (print, digital, radio, ecommerce, signage, etc.)
Partner closely with assigned merchant partners to execute retail strategy, professional strategy, and digital ecommerce in collaboration with marketing and ecommerce channel owners
Create engaging, informative, and innovative product marketing assets that drive sales strategy
Prioritize projects, product categories, vendors, and competing agendas to deliver measurable marketing outcomes
