Product Marketing Manager

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech startups, and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C financial products or platforms. They should possess a strong understanding of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems, along with excellent communication and copywriting skills, an analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research, and experience in regulated industries or financial services as a plus.
The Product Marketing Manager will own the product marketing roadmap for spot trading and crypto card verticals, crafting compelling messaging and value propositions to differentiate the company. They will lead GTM planning for feature and product launches, coordinating cross-functionally with product, design, comms, and growth teams, and deliver impactful marketing assets across various channels. Furthermore, they will gather and analyze market research and user feedback to inform strategy, conduct interviews and usability tests, partner with lifecycle and growth teams to build acquisition and retention campaigns, optimize conversion flows, and define KPIs to measure campaign success, ultimately iterating quickly based on data and feedback.
