The Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market strategy for Addi's consumer lending products, translating features into customer narratives to drive adoption and market leadership. They will create and implement a standardized go-to-market playbook to reduce time-to-market and ensure consistent messaging. Responsibilities include driving product adoption through GTM strategies, building a customer insights engine using JTBD interviews and market segmentation, unifying value propositions for core BNPL products, and launching a sales enablement program to equip the sales team with necessary tools and training.
