Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS space
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and the full product lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable business strategy
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively and drive results in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience and openness to utilizing AI tools to create content and enablement

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of GTM strategy for assigned product(s) in partnership with the Growth Marketing team
  • Conduct ongoing voice of customer research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis
  • Define and maintain differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences by segment
  • Serve as the key Product Marketing representative for new product launches, migrations, and end-of-life efforts
  • Partner with Product Management and Sales to influence the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and market value
  • Partner with Support and Success teams to drive adoption, retention, and measure and improve customer health scores
  • Drive customer education, engagement, and adoption of upsell modules within the existing customer base
  • Develop thought leadership content and assets derived from market knowledge and a deep connection to the voice of the customer
  • Develop customer-facing collateral, sales enablement materials, and internal messaging frameworks that clearly communicate product value
  • Assist the Growth/Demand teams with campaign inputs, leveraging expertise to inform strategies for paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Work closely with the Events team to position WorkWave’s brand and product at industry tradeshows and customer conferences
