Requirements

An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3 to 4 years of post-graduate product marketing or content marketing experience within a SaaS organization
A portfolio that highlights your previous work or projects
Excellent writing, storytelling, and research skills
Comfortability collaborating across multiple teams (marketing, product, sales, customer support, and customer success)
Previous sales enablement experience
An ownership mentality
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Bonus: Familiarity with social media and video creation

Responsibilities

Draft release notes, weekly internal product update emails, and product release blogs
Lead and support the planning, launch, and cross-functional implementation of campaigns, products, and features
Support review and analysis of win/loss sales reports
Support creation of sales enablement assets — decks, one-pagers, product and campaign training, sales and BDR sequences, competitive intelligence
Support building and updating the GTM product roadmap
Present to internal teams and lead internal training sessions
Ideate, draft, and edit positioning and messaging
Lead and support reviewing customer feedback and making product recommendations
Help define and track KPIs related to campaign performance, product engagement, and pipeline contribution
