Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of post-graduate product marketing or content marketing experience within a SaaS organization
  • A portfolio that highlights your previous work or projects
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and research skills
  • Comfortability collaborating across multiple teams (marketing, product, sales, customer support, and customer success)
  • Previous sales enablement experience
  • An ownership mentality
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Familiarity with social media and video creation

Responsibilities

  • Draft release notes, weekly internal product update emails, and product release blogs
  • Lead and support the planning, launch, and cross-functional implementation of campaigns, products, and features
  • Support review and analysis of win/loss sales reports
  • Support creation of sales enablement assets — decks, one-pagers, product and campaign training, sales and BDR sequences, competitive intelligence
  • Support building and updating the GTM product roadmap
  • Present to internal teams and lead internal training sessions
  • Ideate, draft, and edit positioning and messaging
  • Lead and support reviewing customer feedback and making product recommendations
  • Help define and track KPIs related to campaign performance, product engagement, and pipeline contribution
