Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree from a top-tier engineering or business school, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in product marketing strategy and performance marketing/UA, ideally within mobile gaming or similar industries, is required. A solid understanding of player insights, first-time user experience (FTUE), App Store Optimization (ASO), and creative strategy is essential, with experience in CRM, content, branding, or social media being a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Product Marketing Manager or in top consulting strategy within a direct-to-consumer business, demonstrating strong commercial and analytical focus. They must be self-motivated, a critical thinker, and a strong communicator capable of collaborating effectively with both product and growth teams, along with a passion for gaming and the ability to develop a long-term vision for scaling games and building IP.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Director will own the market positioning and growth strategy for the game 'Mob Control', including the onboarding of new users. They will deeply understand players and the market to optimize product-market fit and drive sustained growth. This role involves developing and overseeing the growth strategy in collaboration with Growth leaders, generating player and market insights, and defining IP positioning and messaging with the studio. The Director will contribute to the game's strategy and roadmap, focusing on onboarding, and partner with the UA team to improve campaign performance. They will also work on initiatives to improve early retention and monetization and act as a bridge between product and growth teams to ensure alignment.
