Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy for Talkiatry’s referrals business: Define the roadmap, target segments, and success metrics for all marketing initiatives for the growth channel
  • Develop Partner and Market Positioning: Lead insight-driven messaging and positioning efforts that differentiate Talkiatry to health systems and referring clinicians
  • Lead Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that support new partnership rollouts, product launches, and campaigns aimed at driving referral volume and partner engagement
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with partnerships, account management, marketing, and creative teams on GTM playbooks to scale new partner onboarding
  • Optimize Performance: Track and analyze KPIs such as product adoption, patient visit conversion rate, and referral funnel metrics
  • Enable Partner Success: Create scalable marketing tools, onboarding resources, and communications that empower partnerships and account management teams to drive growth
  • Evaluate and manage external agencies and vendors: Scale Talkiatry’s in-house capabilities with external expertise to increase GTM velocity. You’ll source, assess, and manage 3rd-party partners to help conduct foundational research
