Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including 4+ years in enterprise software
  • Proven success developing positioning and messaging that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Experience marketing to enterprise and C-suite audiences (Fortune 500/FTSE 500)
  • Strong storytelling ability with demonstrated examples connecting technology to business outcomes
  • Experience leading product launches, building sales enablement, and influencing go-to-market strategy
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure PMM impact on pipeline, win rates, and NRR
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with emerging AI tools to scale marketing effectiveness
  • Background in HR Tech, Employee Experience, or Internal Comms strongly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead market positioning and differentiation strategies to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
  • Develop and evolve the company’s market narrative, messaging architecture, and thought leadership to establish category leadership
  • Refine ICP and segmentation to focus GTM efforts on high-value enterprise segments
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to align product strategy, campaigns, and GTM execution
  • Create outcomes-based messaging that connects platform capabilities to business impact (engagement, retention, productivity, culture)
  • Build and manage high-performing content including sales collateral, campaign assets, case studies, and executive thought leadership
  • Lead product launches that generate pipeline, drive adoption, and support customer expansion
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement resources (decks, battlecards, value tools) that improve deal quality, velocity, and win rates
  • Establish a voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence program to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Track and report on key PMM metrics such as content performance, message adoption, win/loss insights, and sales cycle length
