About the Team
Our distributed B2B team, with members across Europe and Asia, operates with an asynchronous-first culture grounded in documentation and shared ownership. You are welcome to work remotely from anywhere, provided there is at least a four-hour overlap with your closest collaborators, or join us in our Hong Kong or London offices. Our async nature ensures a healthy work-life balance, regardless of time zone differences.
About the Role
This B2B Product Marketing Lead will be instrumental in transforming and scaling our B2B marketing and lead generation efforts. You will have the autonomy to build our B2B marketing engine from the ground up, execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize our website and conversion funnels, and define the Goodnotes B2B brand. As a key leader, you will build and manage a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and directly contribute to our go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for key B2B product areas, focusing on core client apps and platform technologies. This includes crafting compelling messaging, effective product positioning, and ensuring successful launches.
- Lifecycle Marketing and Product-Led Growth (PLG): Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to enable, accelerate, and optimize lifecycle marketing and drive PLG strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and provide sales enablement materials and support to empower our sales teams and resellers to effectively communicate product value and convert leads.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and attract new customer segments within the SMB and mid-market space.
- Website Optimization: Optimize the B2B website experience and conversion funnels.
- Capacity Building: Establish and grow the product marketing function within the marketing team and across the company, ensuring measurable impact.
- Team Leadership: Hire and develop a high-performing B2B marketing team.
- Performance Ownership: Own and deliver on pipeline volume, conversion rates, and B2B self-service revenue growth targets.
- Partner Management: Manage relationships with agencies and content partners.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Senior-level experience in B2B product marketing, ideally as a Senior Manager or Director.
- Proven track record in marketing Product-Led Growth (PLG) software.
