Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver total sales and margin targets for the BU across CORE SKUs and NPD, with monthly analysis, forecasting, and gap closure
  • Lead the NPD Milestone | Phase Gate Process, ensuring on-time, on-quality delivery and continuous improvement
  • Oversee full product lifecycle management, including phase-in/phase-out, SKU rationalization, and end-of-life
  • Develop and execute commercialization plans with Product Commercialization, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Identify and validate market gaps and opportunities to inform the product roadmap
  • Drive pricing and product strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
  • Communicate new product launches, SKU deletions, promotions, and provide go-to-market guidance to regional teams
  • Consolidate and distribute product information and launch packs globally
  • Contribute to global portfolio strategy and support regional execution
  • Lead assigned product groups, setting strategic direction and ensuring execution
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and foster high performance
  • Align NPD launches with Brand & Channel strategies, collaborating with senior leadership
  • Champion end-user research and voice-of-customer integration
  • Act as subject matter expert for product categories, consolidating info and driving training/best practices
  • Build relationships across supply chain, finance, marketing, sales, and engineering
  • Set and manage pricing/strategy for product range
  • Inform regional teams on 6-18 month product roadmap using standardized tools
  • Present at key customer engagements
  • Drive packaging requirements and regional compliance
  • Lead creation/adaptation of launch materials with Brand & Communications
  • Monitor/optimize E&O inventory and SKU counts
  • Identify, commission, and interpret market research
  • Participate/lead global and regional meetings for category growth and best practices
