Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience building complex products in a rapidly scaling B2B or B2C environment
  • Expertise in risk assessment, fraud, financial crime, applied machine learning, or workflow automation
  • Relevant experience in payments or fintech is welcome
  • Think from the customer perspective and balance future opportunities with immediate needs
  • Ability to clearly define success metrics and measure progress against them

Responsibilities

  • Use research and data to discover opportunities to continuously improve the Checkout.com onboarding experience and tooling used in continuous risk lifecycle management
  • Craft strategy and define clear roadmaps for onboarding and merchant lifecycle experiences across Checkout.com products for merchants in all regions
  • Prioritise for impact and work with design and engineering teams to execute on new features to a high standard
  • Partner with operations, support, and commercial teams to continuously simplify and automate how merchants start their partnership with Checkout.com
  • Regularly interact with senior leaders to share insights and review strategy
  • Work closely with third party providers to ensure they support and deliver the highest level of service provided to merchants
