As a Product Manager, you will drive tangible improvements in customer retention for our core insurance shopping product by optimizing carrier and payment integrations and leveraging cutting-edge automation. You will uncover key opportunities for reducing customer churn through deep-dive analyses and a first-principles understanding of user behavior, conducting insightful user research and translating those findings into innovative solutions that directly address customer pain points. You will also partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to solve tangible problems and build features that truly matter, ultimately impacting millions of users and the company's journey to becoming a $10B business.
