Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the business customer journey (from discovery, onboarding, to ongoing value)
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and product marketing to ship impactful features
  • Shape the merchant experience roadmap and drive delivery practices balancing speed with quality
  • Use data to guide decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with marketing and design to craft compelling stories highlighting why Zopa is the better choice
  • Work with stakeholders across compliance, legal, and brand to build the right merchant experiences
