Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager of B2B products for large companies and enterprises
  • Experience working on complex integration projects with large customers and/or companies
  • Storytelling skills to articulate problems into compelling stories and write them clearly for R&D alignment
  • Ability to drive collaboration across multiple disciplines (data, marketing, operations, business development, sales) as a conductor, softly leading without forced authority
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including regular interactions with partners to understand their needs
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle
  • Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with large customers and partners to embed and grow the Melio platform into their products and services
  • Build business cases for new products and features through market research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder feedback
  • Define key metrics to track success and prioritize features
  • Define business and technical requirements for products and features; write clear product specs, feature cards, and documentation
  • Guide and collaborate with engineering teams to develop delightful payment experiences
  • Master the partner domain, including user behavior, workflows, and jobs to be done, to identify integration contexts and growth opportunities
