Requirements

  • More than two years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping valuable customer-facing software
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting, sharing product roadmaps, getting buy-in, and motivating others
  • Naturally curious, eager to learn, build prototypes, test, and evolve
  • Data-driven, passionate about using data and insights for decision-making while knowing when to take calculated leaps of faith

Responsibilities

  • Focus on delivering value to users by understanding pain points and scoping solutions leveraging Hudl’s product suite; quarterback key investments for a loved customer experience
  • Advocate for the product by developing deep understanding of customers and business needs, building trusting relationships with customers and senior internal stakeholders
  • Foster collaboration by defining success, motivating the squad, aligning efforts, and working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market plans
  • Work on Instat to scale user engagement internationally, deliver faster insights, and deepen integrations with other Hudl tools (short-term focus on integrations)
