Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager - IT Operations, you will lead the product strategy, execution, delivery, and optimization of the delivery team, collaborating across functions to deliver reliable and secure experiences. You will own the full lifecycle of the Delivery Team, including vision, planning, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement, prioritizing user experience and ensuring platform enhancements, service improvements, and user needs are translated into actionable roadmaps. Additionally, you will champion a product-driven approach for internal IT, focusing on lifecycle management, operational performance, and stakeholder satisfaction, while also partnering with IT delivery managers and technical leads to ensure effective backlog management and sprint planning, and driving adoption of a product-driven culture within IT.
