Requirements

The Product Manager II should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, with a master’s degree and 1+ years of experience as an alternative, and experience defining product vision and strategy. They must have experience going through a full product cycle, integrating customer feedback, and 3+ years of experience as a software developer or working with developers as customers. Furthermore, the candidate should have experience with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label experiences, along with a strong understanding of the developer community and a love for developer products and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required, along with a get-stuff-done attitude and positive energy for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager II will build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision and strategy for internal and external developer experiences, conducting market assessments to benchmark and identify gaps, understanding developer personas and translating needs into product requirements, driving product development with multiple teams, identifying cross-ownership with partner teams, defining and analyzing metrics to measure success, and driving impact through cross-functional leadership. They will also be responsible for communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
