The Product Manager, Firefox Product Health will identify and establish metrics to gauge the reliability, performance, and user-perceived health of Firefox, regularly report on product health, collaborate with user research and customer support teams to understand user problems, partner with engineering and design teams to prioritize and address issues impacting performance and reliability, build and share reports and dashboards, and ensure that product updates meet high standards of stability and user satisfaction.
