Requirements

  • Passion for building AI/ML powered features and products
  • 5+ years of experience in software Product Management, ideally within R&D, AI/ML or Data
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle management, applied research
  • Technical fluency with modern architecture: pipelines, event-based systems, product analytics, etc
  • Pragmatic mindset with the ability to zoom between big-picture strategy and operational roadmap
  • Open, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
  • Leadership: take initiative, challenge assumptions, and drive from concept to delivery
  • Hands-on experience in writing code, deploying applications, and understanding modern, scalable system architectures
  • Deeply technical with passion for machine learning, data, and developer tools

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Sonar’s AI/ML capabilities, data platforms, telemetry systems
  • Lead the strategy and execution for leveraging AI to improve code quality and developer productivity (e.g., automated remediation, test generation, code refactoring, context as a service)
  • Own the product vision for how Sonar leverages unique code insights into a competitive advantage via AI capabilities
  • Be responsible for how data is collected, governed, and transformed throughout products (including telemetry systems, product analytics, behavior tracking, experimentation frameworks, platform instrumentation)
  • Ensure data across Sonar is actionable, trusted, and productized to enable informed decisions and power key features
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to bring innovative experiments to life through reusable and scalable product features
  • Work across teams to make data visible, trustworthy, and actionable (from instrumentation and pipelines to metrics and dashboards)
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into strategic product decisions
  • Balance investments in infrastructure, governance, experimentation capabilities, and delivery
  • Evangelize a data-informed culture across Sonar, helping teams make better, faster, and smarter decisions
