Responsibilities

  • Act as the general manager for your vertical - aligning product, operations, and marketing toward clear growth outcomes
  • Own the end-to-end growth of a core Bounce business line, from acquisition and conversion to retention and monetization
  • Define and execute the product and growth strategy, balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver product features and experiments that improve acquisition funnels, user experience, and marketplace liquidity
  • Develop scalable playbooks for growth across channels (SEO, performance marketing, product-led loops)
  • Analyze business performance, identify key levers, and prioritize initiatives that drive sustainable GMV growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to define the roadmap, set KPIs, and communicate progress transparently across teams
  • Lead with a hands-on mindset: from defining the problem to running the first experiment to scaling what works
