The Role

This Product Manager position is a key part of the Thinkbait operation, supporting the growth of existing brands and contributing to the launch of new ones. The role requires close collaboration with the Development team, making an interest in technical concepts and a collaborative approach with engineers essential. You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of website and platform updates to a high standard.

Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and Agile workflows is advantageous. Crucially, you should be comfortable working with technical teams and eager to learn about digital product delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Product Manager, you will manage multiple brands and platforms, ensuring continuous optimization and high standards for our websites. Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital for working with cross-functional teams in the UK and USA. You will own projects from inception to delivery, driving progress and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Note: This is a remote position, with occasional attendance at the Dublin office required. To be considered, you MUST be located in the United Kingdom or Ireland.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gathering requirements and scoping project briefs.
  • Creating and managing project plans and timelines.
  • Setting tasks to support wider project plans, ensuring all requirements are captured in line with the plan.
  • Gathering task estimates and planning work/tasks for Sprints.
  • Leading Sprint Planning sessions to ensure alignment, feasibility, and accurate estimation of work.
  • Monitoring Sprint tasks to ensure teams meet deadlines.
  • Leading Review meetings with Key Stakeholders and tracking actions, notes, and next steps.
  • Coordinating release deliverables and implementation timelines.
  • Supporting the testing and release process.
  • Ensuring feedback and requests from the business are seamlessly integrated into new feature planning.
  • Maintaining release notes and regularly communicating the status of new features and releases.
  • Managing various Jira, Trello, and Monday.com boards.
  • Collaborating closely with our Design Team, Development Teams, CRO Team, Trading Teams, and Content Team.
