Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on AI/ML-powered products, automation platforms, integration services, or developer platforms within a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Airtable, low-code/no-code platforms, and productivity tools (highly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML and LLMs, and their practical applications

Responsibilities

  • Create 10x AI-Powered Solutions: Pioneer revolutionary intelligent workflows and automations (e.g., agents and goals, not triggers) using cutting-edge AI to transform organizational operations and set new standards in workflow automation and intelligent data processing
  • Drive with a GM Mentality from Vision to Market: Own the complete AI, automation, and integration strategy with full accountability for business outcomes; lead end-to-end success, develop go-to-market strategies, collaborate with marketing and sales for adoption, and connect technical decisions to measurable outcomes using AI tools for competitive differentiation
  • Immerse Yourself with Customers & Partners: Engage directly with users for firsthand insights into automation challenges; conduct field research, run co-creation sessions, and build relationships to inform product decisions and address real market needs
  • Lead Technical Exploration: Build rapid prototypes and experimental features to validate new AI concepts; balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution by gathering early user feedback, measuring impact, and iterating quickly
  • Build Platform & Ecosystem Capabilities: Design powerful, extensible AI and automation capabilities that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems; create opportunities for third-party developers to extend intelligent workflow foundations while ensuring ecosystem health
