Requirements

  • Master in Engineering science (Generalist, process, Mechanics or Chemistry)
  • 2-3 years and above of working experience in a gas industry and/or as product engineer/manager
  • English Level: Fluent
  • Japanese: Basic
  • Experience in project engineering or Product management (Must)
  • Experience in transversal management (Nice to have)
  • Experience in Electronics market and/or Gas industry (Nice to have)
  • Good understanding of Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Pilot/Lead the development of new products dedicated to Electronics market in compliance with Air Liquide technical & safety standards:
  • Elaborate the Product road map for the product development as per the market requirement
  • Set up the objectives, and associated required resources (hours and expenditure)
  • Coordinate with AL E&C Design authorities and Engineering disciplines to ensure the delivery in time and on budget of the products
  • Ensure a proper risk management and respective mitigated action all along the Product life cycle
  • Maintain the product during its lifecycle:
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of performance & competitiveness of the Products
  • Capitalize the project and operation experience and ensure the design upgrades
  • Participate in the convergence of technical solutions with other AL group engineering entities for the product
  • Provide support to Solutions development team and proposal team during bidding phase and ensure the Product "mindset (sustainability/replicability)"
  • Drive the deployment of the product during its industrialization/prototyping, with the project manager executing the project and ensure that all deliverables are available at the end of the project and that the product is delivering its expected goals
