Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product strategy in assigned area
  • Go deep on user needs
  • Define the product roadmap
  • Work closely with cross-functional crew (designers, engineers, data scientists) to define and implement the right product
  • Partner with other teams (customer care, operations, insurance) to align product vision across the business
  • Contribute to areas such as Shop (curated health marketplace, delightful shopping experiences, product recommendations)
  • Contribute to Customer Enablement (simplify HR operations like enrollment, payroll, invoicing into digital workflows)
  • Contribute to Billing (scalable solutions for premiums, invoices, payments, recovery; balance efficiency and member experience)
