As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing the platforms that power veterinary clinics and their pet parents. You will drive initiatives to enhance the user experience, monitor product feedback, manage quality assurance testing and tackle any roadblocks to customer expansions. You will work closely with internal team members including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, and support. You will also have relationships with external stakeholders, including veterinary clinics and pet parents. You will play a key role in assessing and identifying strengths, opportunities, and risks associated with software products and services.
