What You’ll Do

Help Tekmetric revolutionize how auto repair shops communicate! We're building Tekmetric Phones — a fully integrated VoIP solution — and we need a Product Manager to lead the charge. You’ll own the product roadmap, collaborate with top VoIP/PBX providers, work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams, and shape a brand-new revenue-generating product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the end-to-end development of Tekmetric Phones as part of a Product Trio (product, design & engineering) — from early discovery through MVP launch, scaling, and iteration.
  • Identify and collaborate with infrastructure and hardware partners critical to the Phones product.
  • Conduct customer research to deeply understand shop communication workflows and pain points.
  • Work cross-functionally across engineering, design, support, and GTM teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Define and track success metrics, turning insights into clear, data-driven improvements.
  • Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform roadmap and optimizations.
  • Build and maintain Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) to prioritize work aligned with business outcomes (OSTs help ensure every product decision ties back to real customer and business needs).

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of SaaS Product Management experience (bonus points for telecom/VoIP exposure).
  • Proven success shipping 0-to-1 products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a deep customer-first mindset.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM).
  • Passion for building simple, powerful tools that users love — and a bias toward action.
