Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in SaaS Product Management, with a preference for experience in the telecom or VoIP industry. They should have a proven track record of successfully shipping 0-to-1 products within fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will co-lead the end-to-end development of Tekmetric Phones, from early discovery through MVP launch, scaling, and iteration, identifying and collaborating with infrastructure and hardware partners, conducting customer research to understand shop communication workflows, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, support, and GTM teams, defining and tracking success metrics, continuously gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and building and maintaining Opportunity Solution Trees to prioritize work aligned with business outcomes.
