They should be comfortable with rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating their impact on key metrics, along with a strong sense of ownership and drive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Product Manager on the Retention team, you will drive tangible improvements in customer retention for our core insurance shopping product by optimizing carrier and payment integrations and leveraging automation. You will uncover key opportunities for reducing customer churn through deep-dive analyses and a first-principles understanding of user behavior, conducting insightful user research and translating those findings into innovative solutions that directly address customer pain points. You will also partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to solve problems and build features that matter, ultimately impacting millions of users and our journey to becoming a $10B business.
