Responsibilities

  • Conducts product management activities for a game or multiple games
  • Participates in managing analysis of player demographics, behavior, and metrics; provides information regarding player market to identify desirable product features
  • Participates in managing product launches and/or introduction of new product features for assigned games
  • May lead and execute all or a majority of the tasks comprising semi-complex projects/processes/workflows that may impact future developments
  • Carries out assigned activities of unit/team/projects
  • Participates in contributing to and adheres to product vision and strategy
  • Participates in managing game features and gameplay strategy in response to changes in daily active users and monetization performance
  • Solves complex problems in resourceful and effective ways
  • Communicates with own team and across the organization; receives, may interpret, and transmits complex information requiring some explanation or interpretation
  • Determines methods for own work and leads other team members to complete assignments based on daily game performance information
  • May mentor and manage less experienced members of the team
  • Analyzes data, builds automated reports, and works with the analytics team to inform content and business choices during game development and post-launch
  • Works with game teams to identify, test, measure, and improve high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach, and retention
  • Communicates relevant KPIs and updates to key stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Creates new game and game feature ideas informed by product knowledge, analyses of player demographics and player behavior, and community and customer service feedback
