Senior/Principal Product Manager, Payment Protection

Candidates should have 7 to 15 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in Payments Fraud or Payments Risk Management. Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, and development is required, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Bachelor’s or higher degree in a STEM field is necessary, and experience in Fintech or domains with high conceptual complexity is preferred.
The Product Lead will lead the strategy for Payment fraud products and prioritize the roadmap for key features. They will work with commercial strategy teams to enhance customer-facing fraud management offerings and oversee the product lifecycle of fraud prevention capabilities. Additionally, they will collaborate with the risk analytics team to implement fraud detection solutions, lead cross-functional teams to develop market-leading products, and manage the Fraud Analysts team to monitor fraud metrics and improve prevention strategies.
