Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Lead or similar role in social media, streaming platforms, or gaming platforms, especially with end-to-end testing frameworks and improving deployment pipeline efficiency
- Experience in free-to-play game businesses, both development and operations
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal resources and thrive under ambiguity (scrappiness)
- Strong self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates opportunities and challenges (proactivity)
- Strong analytical mind with experience using data to drive insights and decisions
- Deep understanding of platform technologies that allow for deep personalization and smart live ops customization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Passion for start-up rhythms, future-facing technologies, and working alongside teammates at record pace
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute platform product and technology strategies that align with business objectives
- Market Analysis & Customer Interviews: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor platform products, and customer feedback to inform platform product decisions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to develop solutions that serve creators, end users, and internal product, design, and engineering teams
- Support creators in creating, curating, and syndicating world-class content experiences using content management systems and game engine APIs
- Facilitate product, design, and engineering teams in building features that bring generative games to life with vibrant communities for end users
- Design and productionize technology solutions to enable both internal and external game developers to build games in a brand new way for engineering teams
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, user engagement, personalization, cohort optimization, and monetization strategies
- Operate effectively in an agile environment, adapting to change and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy
- Drive product design, production, and technology enablement strategy for a multi-platform game engine product
