Requirements

  • Experience in photography and image editing
  • Proficiency in product photography and image editing
  • Knowledge of document management and database maintenance
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in updating information
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments
  • Ability to interact with various departments
  • Experience with editing tools and database software (advanced Excel is a plus)
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role within marketing or product documentation (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Capture professional product photographs in the office studio
  • Edit images to ensure quality and consistency
  • Send edited images to Product Managers for use in packaging, catalogs, presentations, and other materials
  • Create and update product datasheets with technical and visual information
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, sustaining engineers, laboratory staff, and other teams to gather necessary information
  • Manage the approval and publication of datasheets on Xylem’s website
  • Provide updated datasheets to customers upon request
  • Develop and maintain a shared Excel document to track obsolete part numbers as part of the 80/20 process
  • Ensure continuous updates to the database, which currently contains approximately 19,000 records
  • Share and coordinate information with teams such as Customer Service, Product Managers, and Documentation
