Requirements

Experience in photography and image editing
Proficiency in product photography and image editing
Knowledge of document management and database maintenance
Strong organizational and document management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in updating information
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments
Ability to interact with various departments
Experience with editing tools and database software (advanced Excel is a plus)
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in a similar role within marketing or product documentation (preferred)

Responsibilities

Capture professional product photographs in the office studio
Edit images to ensure quality and consistency
Send edited images to Product Managers for use in packaging, catalogs, presentations, and other materials
Create and update product datasheets with technical and visual information
Coordinate with Product Managers, sustaining engineers, laboratory staff, and other teams to gather necessary information
Manage the approval and publication of datasheets on Xylem’s website
Provide updated datasheets to customers upon request
Develop and maintain a shared Excel document to track obsolete part numbers as part of the 80/20 process
Ensure continuous updates to the database, which currently contains approximately 19,000 records
Share and coordinate information with teams such as Customer Service, Product Managers, and Documentation
