Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience administering and/or implementing Veeva CRM, the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements, preferences, and limitations to both business and technical audiences, strong analytical and communication skills (written, verbal, and formal presentation), and be a self-directed team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to travel up to 10% is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Product Expert, you will be the product evangelist, providing subject matter expertise for Veeva CRM, staying up to date with the latest features and roadmap direction, sharing product information and best practices with customers through meetings and online communities, engaging with customer stakeholders to share the product vision and roadmap, collecting and prioritizing customer feedback, collaborating with the Product team to deliver product communication, and providing support to all areas of the organization.
