Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Management or Sales. They should also develop an in-depth understanding of the therapy area, market, customers, and competitors, along with knowledge of market research techniques and data sources.
The Product Executive will ensure the implementation of strategic marketing and operational plans for allocated products, meeting agreed profit, revenue, and market share objectives. They will also work with key stakeholders to manage back-order situations, implement elements of marketing plans, contribute to product and therapeutic area strategies, and provide regular insights to the business unit regarding the therapy area, market, and customers. Furthermore, they will support the Sales Team with timely information, manage marketing projects independently, and support department administrative activities as needed.
