  • Harmonization: Safeguard harmonization across studies to ensure consistent communication to external stakeholders (e.g., IRBs, RAs).
  • Medical Ad Boards: Lead indication medical ad boards as appropriate.
  • Team Building: Build and maintain a “best in class” group of development medical doctors.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance of all studies in the indication.
