Requirements

Full stack experience with relevant technologies, including experience with scalable, stateful systems
Understanding of how to design, build, and operate distributed systems, manage state, and ship robust backend infrastructure at scale
Ability to take projects from 0 to 1
Ability to ship and iterate on products
Proactive and able to get things done with autonomy

Responsibilities

Build and own products & features from beginning to end
Talk to users, understand strategy and goals, and figure out what to build next
Test MVPs in production with real users and iterate on feedback
Own the pricing and ensure the ongoing success of work
Support customers as a Support Hero
Design and ship full stack features (frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data)
Architect scalable, stateful systems for automation, orchestration, and messaging
Build the underlying engine that powers workflow automation across PostHog's products and customers
