Requirements

  • Full stack experience with relevant technologies, including experience with scalable, stateful systems
  • Understanding of how to design, build, and operate distributed systems, manage state, and ship robust backend infrastructure at scale

Responsibilities

  • Build and own products & features from beginning to end
  • Talk to users, understand strategy and goals, and figure out what to build next
  • Test MVPs in production with real users and iterate on feedback
  • Own the pricing and ensure the ongoing success of work
  • Support customers as a Support Hero
  • Design and ship full stack features (frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data)
  • Architect scalable, stateful systems for automation, orchestration, and messaging
  • Build the underlying engine that powers workflow automation across PostHog's products and customers
