Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Design field, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related practical area. A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in product design, including end-to-end design from concept to launch, is required. Proficiency in using design systems, adapting to fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and experience with Figma or equivalent design applications are essential. The role also requires the ability to lead multiple work tracks simultaneously and a strong curiosity for the project domain, including familiarity with relevant technologies and competitor landscapes. Experience working in agile teams, expertise in motion and interaction design, and a strong understanding of visual design principles are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Senior UX Designer will compile user flows, wireframes, mockups, and other UX artifacts, and build interactive no-code prototypes for various devices. They will interpret user research insights and translate them into tangible solutions, collaborating heavily with engineering and product teams. Responsibilities include proactively identifying gaps, proposing recommendations, and upholding brand and usability standards to ensure product consistency, streamlining, and sophistication. The designer will also be expected to contribute innovative ideas and simplify complex problems and flows into intuitive designs.
