Workera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join their team. This role focuses on shaping the future of workforce upskilling by designing intuitive, AI-powered experiences. You will work in small, nimble project teams using the ShapeUp methodology, deeply focusing on solving specific business problems over six-week cycles. As a designer, you will help define problem spaces, create wireframes and prototypes, and bring interfaces to life, all while advocating for the user. You will also act as a key thought partner to product and engineering leads, balancing functionality with simplicity and ensuring the AI-native platform is both powerful and human-centered.
This Product Designer will lead the design of admin and analytics experiences for Workera's skill development platform. Key focus areas include designing intuitive workflows for program creation, user enrollment, license management, and HR tech integrations (e.g., Workday). You will also design analytics tools to surface insights on skill readiness, program progress, and employee engagement. This role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for simplifying complex data and administrative tasks.
