Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience designing digital products (UX + UI), experience designing SaaS solutions, and experience with design systems and strong system-level thinking. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants and applying them effectively within their work context is required. Familiarity with the corporate skills development industry and understanding or experience with designing human-in-the-loop or AI agent interfaces are considered nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction, collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to conduct research into customer goals and challenges, use qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions, shape customer problems and opportunities by refining insights and wireframing new experiences, partner closely with engineers to evolve solutions, experiment with generative AI technologies, design agentic AI workflows, and collaborate with product design teammates to ensure a consistent, quality experience across the platform. They will also use, contribute to, and help evolve Workera’s design system and visual language.
