Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience in end-to-end product design for software platforms, ideally in the SaaS/B2B space, and a strong portfolio demonstrating the complete design process. Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at Paddle, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to build out the Paddle platform, creating tools for software businesses to grow. You will partner with product managers to define product roadmaps, excel at user interviews and user testing, design and prototype intuitive user interfaces, and contribute to building features that simplify complex tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers across the organization, leverage quantitative data and user insights to improve design processes, and own the customer-facing experience across the platform and checkout product, while also contributing proactively at different levels and thinking strategically about the future of the product.
