Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will define product roadmap based on user research, business objectives, and technical constraints, lead user research initiatives, create high-fidelity designs in Figma, collaborate directly with engineering to understand technical limitations and ensure designs are implementable, work with clinical teams, educators, and parents to gather requirements, drive sprint planning and backlog grooming, and establish metrics to measure product success while using data-driven decision making to iterate on designs.
