Position Overview

Rilla is seeking a talented designer to join our early-stage team. You will be at the forefront of bringing AI to the physical world, evolving our core product and spearheading new verticals across desktop and mobile platforms. This role involves tackling ambiguous, greenfield challenges, working directly with customers from day one, and leading projects from discovery through implementation. As one of three designers, you will play a pivotal role in defining Rilla’s design culture and shaping team collaboration. We are looking for designers who are obsessive about quality, shipping speed, and impact, with aspirations to be founders or leaders in AI, especially for underserved industries.

The Role

  • Evolve our core product and spearhead new verticals across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Tackle ambiguous, greenfield challenges as we expand into new workflows, users, and markets.
  • Work alongside customers from day one to uncover real-world problems.
  • Lead projects from discovery through feature design and implementation, with no Product Managers.
  • Onboard customers to early prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
  • Play a pivotal role in defining Rilla’s design culture and shaping team collaboration.
  • Aspire to be founders or leaders in working with AI, especially for underserved industries.

Compensation
