Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of product design experience, including 1-2 years in a management or senior leadership role with mentorship responsibilities. A deep personal passion for crypto is required, along with a compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional hands-on design work, project leadership, mentorship abilities, visual craft, and strategic thinking. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, are essential. A 'builder' mindset and a track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Product Design Manager will lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering their career development. They will define and drive the product design vision and strategy for the NFT marketplace and mobile app, aligning with business objectives and user needs. This role involves leading the design of major features and contributing hands-on design work, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. The manager will own the vision and strategy for the design system, guiding its development and contributing to core components. Collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps and user experience is key, as is establishing and refining design processes and recruiting new design talent.
