Requirements

Candidates must possess a JD from a top law school and be a member of the California Bar. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with marketing review, advertising law, or product counseling exposure, is required. Responsibilities

The Product and Marketing Counsel will advise on legal compliance for product launches and user research, handle copyright and IP matters, and review marketing campaigns and press releases.
