Familiarity with laws applicable to internet companies is preferred.
The Compliance Attorney will provide expert legal advice on employment, consumer protection, privacy, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include conducting internal risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate concerns, developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs, and creating compliance policies, guidelines, and training materials. The role also involves performing risk assessments, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve compliance, and monitoring regulatory developments.
